Noel functions as a trusted advisor to the management teams of his clients and he provides outstanding service in helping his customers bring their products and services to market.
Prior to joining Carney, Noel worked at big law firms, a public company, a venture-backed wireless start-up, and a boutique corporate and securities firm. This background has given Noel multiple perspectives on the issues facing his technology start-up customers and he applies the lessons learned from his experience every day to help his clients achieve their strategic and tactical goals.
During his career, Noel has helped his clients close 100+ angel and venture financings, numerous M&A transactions, and 1,000+ commercial/licensing agreements. In addition to his extensive transactional experience, Noel has deep corporate governance, equity compensation, licensing and commercial agreements, employment, and protection of intellectual property experience. Noel works with companies in a wide variety of industries including, software, wireless, Internet, biotech, medical devices, e-commerce, and clean tech.
