Tammy S. Spellacy
Tammy Spellacy is a graduate of the J.D./M.B.A. program at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as the Professional Development Editor of the Santa Clara Law Review and also as President of Phi Delta Phi, an honors legal fraternity and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. In addition, Ms. Spellacy served as judicial extern in the chamber of the Honorable Jeremy Fogel in the Northern District of California.

Ms. Spellacy's practice focuses on international and domestic corporate transactions, including handling complex commercial contract preparation and negotiation, advising on business entity formation or restructures and developing business strategies. In particular, Ms. Spellacy has significant experience in working with umbrella business groups and affiliated entities. She also serves as outside general counsel, including assisting clients with maintaining corporate governance, developing internal policies and resolving contractual disputes.

Ms. Spellacy was born in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese.
