Dominic Woolery joined Carney as an associate attorney in September 2019. Dominic received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Washington State University in 2015. Following his graduation from WSU, Dominic worked at Carney as an administrative office clerk for a year. He then went on to graduate from Seattle University School of Law in May 2019. During his time in law school, Dominic interned with Carney as a summer associate during both his first and second years. At Seattle University, he was an active member of the Asian and Pacific Islander Law Association, and was also named a King County Bar Foundation scholar.
At Carney, Dominic has worked closely with senior attorneys on both litigation and business related matters. He has experience with researching a myriad of legal areas, including commercial law, personal injury, real estate, and corporate law. Additionally, Dominic has experience in drafting legal pleadings and motions. As his practice grows, Dominic hopes to continue to work with Carney’s business department as well, focusing on various matters such as corporate formation and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating and drafting of business contracts.
Dominic grew up in Tacoma, WA and attended Bellarmine Prep High School. He is an avid Washington State Cougar football fan.
