Harley Marine Services ordered two more 80-foot ship-handling ASD tugs for delivery in 2017. One of them has been named “Rich Padden” after Carney attorney Richard J. Padden, a longtime board member. Rich Padden and his wife Laurie were original co-founders of the Cystic Fibrosis Seattle Guild, which has raised over $100 million for CF research.
