Our attorneys can address all matters of heavy civil construction. Among the most challenging of these projects are bridges and tunnels. Our clients are involved in many of the largest bridge and tunnel projects in the Northwest and have exceptional experience in assisting contractors, subcontractors and design professionals to navigate RFP and bid processes, day-to-day challenges and changes to such projects, dispute resolution processes, claim notifications and, when necessary, litigation. We have experience with all manner of bridge and tunnel projects, from storm water overflow storage tunnels to pipelines, to ocean crossing bridges, and from micro-tunneling to highway earthquake retrofits and some of the largest and deepest bore projects in the United States to directional drilling. Our attorneys can help guide you back to the surface on any legal issues a contractor or owner may run into on these complex projects.
We handle claims involving marine and pile driving projects.
