For more than twenty-five years, we have represented design professionals in matters involving allegations of design errors or omissions. We investigate claims and advise clients and their insurers regarding liability and the proper path to resolve claims. We assist with negotiating resolutions but are also ready to aggressively litigate on behalf of our clients in state or federal courts and other dispute resolution forums such as arbitration.

Our defense team also works with architects, engineers and other design professionals on risk management strategies to avoid claims or manage exposure if a claim is made. We work with clients to draft contracts, assess contractual liability and review insurance coverage relating to professional liability issues.
