Isaac Prevost is an associate attorney practicing construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Carney in July 2021, he worked at a boutique construction law firm. Isaac handles breach of contract and construction disputes for project owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers throughout the litigation process, including briefing cases on appeal. He also helps clients assess pre-litigation risks and resolve issues in mediation. Isaac worked with construction professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety requirements.
Isaac is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he was a member of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts. He also interned with the Torts Division of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Isaac worked as a Legislative Assistant with the Washington House of Representatives.
Outside of his legal practice, Isaac’s interests include hiking around Washington, keeping up with the latest films, and participating in organized running events.
