Aditi works with the startup team with a focus on securities filings, entity formations, and general corporate matters. She works with the clients to maintain their entities, update their annual filings, and keeps a check on their minute books. Aditi also assists with trademark filings, docketing, and renewals.
Prior to joining Carney, Aditi worked with a law firm in New Jersey in its corporate and litigation departments. She helped with drafting and vetting corporate documents, litigation research, and some commercial real estate matters. Aditi has additional experience working as an in‐house counsel with an IT services company in India, where she was responsible for handling MSAs, NDAs, and other corporate transactional documents for the company. Languages include English, Hindi and French.
