Zach Haveman’s practice focuses on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and trademark & intellectual property. His practice involves significant work in (1) new entity start-up formations and financing, (2) corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions of businesses, (3) preparation and negotiations of complex business agreements, including supply and service agreements and licensing and distribution agreements, and (4) ongoing corporate governance and counseling matters, including negotiating, drafting, and updating shareholder agreements for corporations, and operating agreements for LLCs.
Zach assists clients with identifying, protecting and commercializing their intellectual property. Zach is skilled in creating intellectual property related commercial agreements, including intellectual property licenses, SAAS agreements, joint-development agreements, terms-of-use and privacy policies and more. Zach also regularly assists clients with identifying, protecting and enforcing their trademarks.
